International Quarterly
This report provides user with a summary of the number of employees
that worked for the company during a specific period of time.
Creating an International Quarterly report:
- Go to HR Reports, select Statistical Reports, and click on
International Qtrly.
- Use the provided drop-down lists to complete the following
fields in order to filter report based on the desired
information:

- Pay Period: Select desired trimester (quarter). User may also
choose the option 'Custom' to set a different date. In addition,
menu also provides user with the option to select any closed pay
period date.
- Region: Select desired region, or leave "All", so all regions
are included in report.
- Country: Select desired country, or leave "All", so all
countries are included in report.
- Company Code: Select desired company, or enter multiple company
codes separated by commas.
- Division: Select desired division, or leave "All", so all
divisions are included in report.
- SBU: Select desired SBU, or leave "All", so all SBUs are
included in report.
- Location: Select desired location, or leave "All", so all
locations are included in report.
- Team: Select desired team, or leave "All", so all teams are
included in report.
- Employee ID: Leave an asterisk ( * ), so the report includes
all employees under the previously selected filters. User may also
enter employee Ids separated by commas.
- Termination Code: Select code, or leave "All", so the report
includes all terminated employees regardless the termination
reason.
- Return to: Select "Screen" to view report on screen. Select
Email Address to send report to a particular email box. Select file
type from the list, and set a password to encypt file.
- Click on Submit to generate report.
The International Quarterly report includes the following columns:
- Current Headcount: Total active employees at the end of the
period set, or quarter selected.
- Hires for this quarter: Total employees hired during the period
set, or quarter selected.
- Terms for this quarter: Total employees terminated during the
period set, or quarter selected.
- Voluntary terms for the quarter: Total voluntary terminations
occurred during the period set or quarter selected.
- Involuntary terms for the quarter: Total involuntary
terminations occured during the period set or quarter
selected.
- Total Amount of Severance Dollars offered to terminations: It
refers to the total money offered in negotiations with terminated
employees. This figure is based in available information.
- Gender Count: Total active employees categorized by gender.
